Local Area

We are situated in an ideal spot where, it is hard to believe, you are less than 5 minutes away from the A39. We have Atlantic Village (which has an Asda) just a few miles up the road, as is The Big Sheep and a little further on The Milky Way, but not forgetting the unique places like Clovelly, Bucks Mills, Hartland, Appledore & Instow to name just a few. Or if you want a quiet drink or a lovely meal about 20 minutes walk away is The Thatched Inn where they serve lovely home-cooked food. Greencliff beach and the South West Coastal Path is about a 20 minute walk away down the country lanes & footpath if you just want to watch the sea washing over the pebbles or explore more of this superb area.
